        If you're in a hurry, tell us! Please be patient with us if you are placing your first order. E-mail
        or fax us your purchase order, credit application and tax exempt form for our immediate
        attention. Also include phone and fax numbers with your references and we will process
        your credit application.
        Our normal credit check is done via fax, e-mail or mail as most references will not give credit
        information over the telephone. This usually takes approximately 10 to 14 days. If you wish
        us to ship your first order immediately simply allow us to charge it to your Discover,
        MasterCard, Visa,  or American Express. We do not subscribe to D & B.

                                  GENERAL SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
         PAYMENT         Net 30 days to credit approved accounts. Mail payment to P.O. Box 670425, Northfield, Ohio 44067-0425. Credit card,
         TERMS:          wire transfer and ACH payments accepted for domestic customers. There is a $30.00 fee for all wire transfer payments.
                         All payments in U.S. Dollars.

         FOB:            Macedonia, Ohio; or Las Vegas, Nevada.
         DELIVERY:       Most items are shipped from stock, via U.P.S., truck or air freight unless otherwise noted.  A shipping and/or handling
                         fee is charged on all shipments. Shipments with a value of $1,000.00 or more will be insured and the insurance charge
                         will be added to the shipping charge. There is an extra freight charge for handling and processing HAZMAT orders.
         PRICES:         Prices listed in this catalog and on our website are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without
                         notice. They may go up and sometimes they go down. Prices are in U.S. Dollars.

         STATE SALES     If you are state sales tax exempt we must have your tax exemption form on hand in our files. We are required to charge
         TAX:            state sales tax in Ohio and Nevada where we have stocking warehouses. We do not charge or collect state sales taxes
                         for shipments to other states.
         RETURN          You must call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning any unused PPE products. All returns
         MERCHANDISE     must be made within 30 days from the invoice date of original purchase. We normally do not charge a restocking charge
         AUTHORIZATION:  for returns of unused goods, except on water fittings and hose, there is a 10% restocking charge. There is a 20%
                         restocking charge for factory supplied Watlow or Rama products returned. Rama's minimum return charge is $40.00.
                         It's their policy not ours! Any made to order non-stock items cannot be returned for any reason.
         EXPORT          Shipments to customers located outside the 50 United States or its Territories are considered export shipments. A
         SHIPMENTS:      paperwork processing fee of $10.00 U.S. funds will be added to all exported orders in addition to any shipping and
                         handling charges, or any other fees. This is necessary due to the extra forms and related time to prepare an export
                         shipment. Export crating or special packing if necessary for some products will be an additional charge based on time
                         & materials. All invoice amounts including freight, crating, special packaging and insurance shall require payment in
                         advance in U.S. funds for all export shipments.

         ACCEPTABLE      FOREIGN WIRE TRANSFERS (SWIFT) to PPE's bank is preferred and will expedite shipment. There is a $30.00 fee
         METHODS OF      for all wire transfer orders. INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS are acceptable, but must meet our banks approval
         ADVANCE PAY-    before products are shipped. FOREIGN CHECKS are acceptable if payable in U.S. Dollars drawn from a U.S. bank.

         BANKRUPT        Be advised that no refund of monies will be made by Plastic Process Equipment, Inc. to companies that have filed for
         ACCOUNTS:       bankruptcy. All payments received from customers are accepted and classified as monies received during the normal
                         course of business. Our products and supplies are sold to customers with the understanding that they add new value
                         to their business by providing much needed materials to fill their outstanding orders.
         GOVERNING LAW   For any claim related to purchase of a product from Plastic Process Equipment, Inc., Customer agrees Ohio law shall
         AND JURISDICTION: govern and jurisdiction and venue shall lie only in a court in Northeastern Ohio and by purchasing a product, Customer
                         consents and agrees to this term.

         LlMITED         All PPE Conveyors have a full two year warranty. This warranty doesn't include conveyor belts because they are subject
         WARRANTY:       to excessive wear damage and abuse by the user. Other PPE products are warranted to be free of defective material
                         and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of sale unless otherwise noted. Both warranties do not apply to normal
                         maintenance or wear items such as, but not limited to filters, belts, seals, fuses, triacs, etc. PPE machinery has a warranty
                         of one year from date of purchase. This includes hopper dryers, tumblers, vacuum loaders, mold temperature controllers
                         and oil filtration systems. This Warranty will not extend to goods subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or improper
                         installation or maintenance, or products or goods which have been altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than
                         seller or its authorized and approved representatives. All product specifications are subject to be changed or revised
                         without notice.
         LIMITATION      Plastic Process Equipment, Inc.'s liability arising from or in any way connected with the items sold or this contract shall
         OF LIABILITY:   be limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the items sold or refund of the purchase price paid by buyer, at seller's
                         sole option. In no event shall seller be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind or nature
                         whatsoever, including but not limited to lost profits arising from or in any way connected with this agreement or items sold
                         hereunder, whether alleged to arise from breach of contract, express or implied warranty, or in tort, including without
                         limitation, negligence, failure to warn, or strict liability.
